Ingredients For mexican chili

2 lbground beef
-
1 lgonion,chopped
-
1 pkgtaco seasoning mix
-
2 cankidney beans,drained
-
2 cantomato sauce
-
2 cantomatoes, canned italian-style
-
3 clovegarlic,crushed
-
2cans water,
-
Hot Sauceto personal taste
-
1/2 cyellow cornmeal,to thicken
-
mexican blend shredded cheese
How To Make mexican chili

1In a Dutch Oven Or Large 2 handled pot,brown ground beef,onion and clove garlic in bottom of pot. DO NOT DRAIN FAT! Add all of the Taco Pkt. Stir to combined.

2Add in Kidney Beans,Tomato Sauces,1/2c. cornmeal,water,and hot sauce to taste. Simmer for 20-25 min.,stirring occasionally! Add cheddar Cheese to to of top of each personal portioned bowl of Chili. Serve and Enjoy
