The story behind this meatloaf is...Hubby loved his mothers meatloaf and no matter how I made meatloaf he hated it! (frankly, so did I!!) So, A lil old lady at church gave me a few pointers, then another lil old lady at church gave me a few pointers! This is what I came up with, Hubby's Mom, Darlene, apparently made it just like this except for my personalized drain pan of course!! Enjoy!

Ingredients For darlene & candi's meatloaf!

2 1/2 lbground beef

8-10butter crakers, crushed

1egg

2 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 Tbspliquid smoke

5 Tbspmayonaise

3 Tbsponion diced

3 Tbspgarlic diced

3 Tbspcelery diced

1 tspeach salt & pepper

4 slicetoasted bread torn up
How To Make darlene & candi's meatloaf!

1Cook garlic, onion and celery in butter or oil for about 5 minutes. In mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix very very thoroughly. place into holy meatloaf pan and cook in 350* oven for 1 hour

2I hate meat to cook in it's own fat, so I came up with a solution! I got a pan from a thrift store and drilled holes in it!, I make a liner with aluminum foil or you can just use another pan under the holey pan to catch the fat.
