Ingredients For dad's diner style salisbury steak

1-1/2 lblean ground beef or ground turkey breast

18 oz can cut green beans, drained, chopped

1 lgonion, finely chopped, divided

1/2 tsppaprika

1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/4 tspeach salt and pepper

3 Tbspflour
-
3/4 clow-sodium beef broth
How To Make dad's diner style salisbury steak

1In lg bowl, combine ground beef or ground turkey, 1/2 cup onion, green beans, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

2Mix well with hands. Form into 6 oval shaped patties, about 1"-thick. Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray. Place skillet over med-high heat. Add patties to skillet. Place remaining onions around patties. Cook 10 mins, flipping over 1/2 way through.

3In bowl, whisk together flour, broth and a little pepper.until smooth. Add to skillet, bringing to a boil. Reduce heat to low, simmer 5 mins, or until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally. Serve w/ mashed potatoes and fresh green beans.
