Ingredients For dads crispy meatloaf

2 lbground turkey breast or ground lean beaf

1-1/2 citalian-style bread crumbs

2eggs
-
1/2 cwater
-
2/3 cketchup, divided

1/2 tspeach, salt & pepper

1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/2 call purpose flour

2eggs

1-1/2 cpanko bread crumbs

1/2 tspeach, salt & pepper

1 ccanola oil
How To Make dads crispy meatloaf

1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine ground turkey, or beef, italian bread crumbs, 2 eggs, water and ketchup, except reserve 1/3 cup ketchup.

2Add 1/2 tsp salt and pepper and garlic powder. Mix well w/ hands and place on baking sheet. Shape into a lg loaf. Spread reserved ketchup over loaf. Bake for 1 hr. Cool 2 hrs.

3When cool, slice meatloaf into 3/4" slices. Place flour in a shallow bowl. Place eggs in another shallow bowl and lightly beat. Place panko crumbs in another shallow bowl. Add 1/2 tsp salt and pepper to panko crumbs and mix. Coat each slice of meatloaf in flour, then eggs, then panko crumb mix. Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Fry meatloaf slices in oil 2 mins on each side. Drain on paper towels.
