Ingredients For cube steak & gravy

2 lbcube steaks

2 cancream of mushroom soup
-
1/2 cwater
-
2 Tbspbeef boullion granules

salt, pepper, onion & garlic powder to taste

sliced mushroom & onions as desired
How To Make cube steak & gravy

1Brown steaks in pan & season to taste.

2Add to crock pot.

3Use water to deglaze pan & add the cream of mushroom soups & boullio. Stir well. Add it all to crock pot.

4Sprinkle with salt, pepper, onion & garlic powder to taste.

5Cook on high for 1 hour, then on low for 4 hours or until tender. Serve over mashed potatoes or noodles.
