Ingredients For cube steak & gravy

  • 2 lb
    cube steaks
  • 2 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    beef boullion granules
  • salt, pepper, onion & garlic powder to taste
  • sliced mushroom & onions as desired

How To Make cube steak & gravy

    Brown steaks in pan & season to taste.

    Add to crock pot.
  • 3
    Use water to deglaze pan & add the cream of mushroom soups & boullio. Stir well. Add it all to crock pot.

    Sprinkle with salt, pepper, onion & garlic powder to taste.

    Cook on high for 1 hour, then on low for 4 hours or until tender. Serve over mashed potatoes or noodles.
