1/2green pepper

1 cantomato sauce 8oz

1 canpetite diced tomatoes 14.5 oz

1 cdry cooking wine
-
1 jarpimentos small
-
salt/pepper
-
1 Tbspolive oil
How To Make cuban meatballs

1Add salt/pepper to ground beef, form into meatballs, set aside
-
2dice onions, peppers & garlic in a large skillet saute in the olive oil (slow and low)
-
3add in the tomato sauce, petite diced tomatoes, pimentos & wine.

4add in the meatballs and simmer on low-med for 30 mins.
