This sounds spicy but even my picky kids ate this at a young age. It is super simple & super yummy..great for busy days & the left overs just get better. I also like to add sliced mushrooms. You can also serve it over potatoes, rice, etc.

Ingredients For crockpot pepperoncini beef

4-5 lbbeef roast - chuck works great
-
1head of garlic - use at least 6 cloves
-
1 lgonion - sliced - red yellow or white
-
1 jar16 oz sliced pepperoncini peppers
-
1 bottlegood beer - optional - may sub beef broth

1 lbsliced provolone or swiss cheese

hoagie rolls -amount depends on need
How To Make crockpot pepperoncini beef

1Cut slits in roast - add cloves of garlic - you may also just use minced garlic from a jar - rub in skin

2Place roast in crockpot - pour all ingredients over roast - cook on low for 6-8 hours until falling apart

3Serve on hoagie rolls with cheese
