This is a family favorite. So nice to use a crockpot in the summer. I put the ingredients together put in the crockpot then put the crockpot out on a table on the back deck to cook.

Ingredients For crockpot meatloaf

1 1/2 lbground beef

2eggs, beaten

3/4 cmilk
-
2/3 cbread crumbs, fine dry

1 smonion, finely chopped

1 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspground sage
- SAUCE
-
1/4 cketchup
-
1 tspdry mustard
-
2 Tbspbrown sugar
-
1/4 tspground nutmeg
How To Make crockpot meatloaf

1Combine eggs with milk, bread crumbs, onion, salt, sage, and meat. Mix well.

2Shape into 9X5 inch recatngle or oval, or about 6 inch round. Carefully place in slow cooking crock pot.

3Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.

4Combine sauce ingredients in small bowl; pour over meat.

5Cover and cook on high 15 minutes longer.

6Slice and serve while hot or can use cold slices for sandwiches.
