Ingredients For crockpot meatball stew

1 lblean ground beef

1onion, sliced
-
4sliced carrots
-
1/2 tspseasoned salt
-
2 Tbspbeef bouillon granules
-
16 oztomatoes, diced, undrained

1/4 tsppepper
-
1 cdry bread crumbs
-
1chopped onion
-
2 Tbspcornstarch
-
3potatoes, peeled and diced
-
2 tspitalian seasoning
-
1/4 tspgarlic powder
-
1 cwater
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1egg
-
1/4 ccold water
How To Make crockpot meatball stew

1Combine ground beef with chopped onion, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.

2Shape mixture into about 24 meatballs, then brown in butter.

3Drain well.

4Stir together tomatoes, water, beef granules and seasonings.

5Place carrots, potatoes, and sliced onion in bottom of crockpot, top with meatballs.

6Pour tomato mixture over all.

7Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours.

8Before serving, remove meatballs with a slotted spoon.

9Make a smooth paste of the cornstarch and water and stir into vegetables.

10Cover and cook on high setting for 10 minutes to thicken.

11Add meatballs to stew and serve.
