This is my go-to meal when I am craving the flavors of lasagna, but am just not in the mood to fuss over it. Kids will love this since it is especially easy for them to help assemble. Not to mention, the kitchen smells heavenly while it's cooking!

Ingredients For crockpot lasagna

8lasagna noodles, uncooked, broken up

1 lblean ground beef

3/4 conion, finely chopped

1 canwhole tomatos, with juice, broken up

1 clow-fat cottage cheese, small curd

2 cshredded mozzarella cheese

1 tspparsley flakes

1/2 tspdried oregano
-
1/4 tspdried basil

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make crockpot lasagna

1Brown ground beef in skillet, drain and set aside. Break lasagna noodles into bite-size pieces. Chop canned tomatos.

2In a 3 1/2 qt. crock pot add noodles, browned beef and remaining ingredients. Stir well.

3Cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or on high for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours. Perfect for company!
