Ingredients For crockpot hungarian goulash

3 conion, chopped

1 1/2 cgreen bell pepper, coarsely chopped (or your choice pepper)

3 clovegarlic, minced

3 lbbeef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes

1 can6-oz. can tomato paste

4 tsphungarian paprika or or regular paprika

1/4 tspground black pepper
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
4 chot cooked egg noodles

1/2 csour cream
How To Make crockpot hungarian goulash

1In a 3 1/2 or 4 quart slow cooker, combine onion, green bell pepper and garlic. Top with meat. In a small bowl combine tomato paste, 1/2 cup water, paprika, 1/4 tsp salt, and pepper. Pour over meat.

2Cover and cook on low heat setting for 10-12 hours or on high heat setting for 5-6 hours.

3Serve over hot cooked noodles. Pass sour cream.
