Ingredients For crockpot beef stroganoff

2 lbchop meat

2-4 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

2onions, vidalia, peeled and rough chopped

2garlic cloves chopped

2 pkgsliced white mushrooms

1/4 cworcestershire sauce

1 1/2 cfrozen peas

2 cancream of mushroom soup
-
1 can fullmilk

2 pkgonion soup mix
How To Make crockpot beef stroganoff

1Brown chop meat in a skillet with a little salt and pepper to taste. Drain excess fat and put chop meat in crock pot.

2Add olive oil to skillet and start to cook onions and mushrooms until onions just start to get translucent. Add chopped garlic for a quick toss, then put onion mixture in the crockpot.

3Pour both cams of cream of mushroom soup into a bowl. Pour milk into one of empty cans and add to soup and wisk together, then add to crock pot. Put packages of onion soup mix, worstershire, and peas in crockpot and mix all together.

4Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over pasta, or rice or potatoes.
