2 lblean beef stew meat, cut in cubes

1 cansnap-e-tom or v-8 vegetable juice (8 oz)

2 ccarrots, cut in chunks

1 conion, chopped

1 candiced tomatoes, 15 oz can, with juice

2 stalkcelery, chopped

2 Tbspinstant tapioca

1/2 cwater
-
2 cpotatoes, cubed

1 tspkosher salt

1/2 tspblack pepper

2 clovegarlic, finely chopped
How To Make crockpot beef stew

1Place all ingredients in a crockpot sprayed with cooking spray. Stir well. Cook for 6 hours on low and avoid removing the lid until done.

2Can be cooked on high for 4 hours as well.
