Ingredients For crockpot beef roast & gravy

  • 1 lg
    chuck roast, cut into large cubes or left hole
  • 1 (10.75) can
    cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1-2 c
    water, depending on how thick you like your gravy
  • 1 pkg
    dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can
    sliced mushrooms

How To Make crockpot beef roast & gravy

    Place everything in crockpot and cook for 6-8 hours until ready to serve.

    Great served with rice or mashed potatoes.
