crockpot beef and noodles
I had been craving beef and noodles. I defrosted some stew meat for Mongolian beef, but used stir fry beef instead. Beef and noodles was an excellent use for the stew meat. I tweaked a recipe I found and boy was it good!

Ingredients For crockpot beef and noodles

2 lbstew beef

16 ozegg noodles

22 ozcream of mushroom soup, undiluted

2 pkgonion soup mix

1 pkgbrown gravy mix

2 cbeef broth
-
2 Tbspbutter (for browning meat)

3 Tbspoilive oil (for browning meat)
How To Make crockpot beef and noodles

1In skillet, add butter and oil. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Brown meat.

2Spray crock with cooking spray, add broth and mushroom soup. Then add browned meat.

3Add onion soup mix, brown gravy mix, and mix together.

4Place lid on crock and cook 2 hours on high, 6 to 7 hrs on low.

5Cook noodles separately. (I cook mine in beef broth, but you can use water.)

6Mix noodles in with beef mixture and stir til well combined.
