This is a very easy, go-to dish when you need to throw something together in the crockpot and be assured of having a good meal. This could be combined with your choice of side dish and hot bread and provide a very comforting and fulfilling meal.

Ingredients For crockpot beef and gravy

  • 2 - 3 lb
    roast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pkg
    dry onion soup mix
  • 2 can
    beef broth
  • 2 pkg
    brown gravy mix
  • 2 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make crockpot beef and gravy

  • 1
    Combine cream of mushroom, broth, and gravy mix in slow cooker.

    Place pieces of roast in crock pot.

    Sprinkle packet of onion soup on meat.
  • 4
    Cook on low for up to 9 hours.

    Stir about 1/2 way through cooking

    Great served over mashed potatoes or pasta.
