Ingredients For crock pot tomato curry steak
- CROCK POT TOMATO CURRY STEAK

2 lbsteak -- of your choice, cut into bite size

1 lgonion -- sliced & halved

1 lggreen bell pepper -- sliced into strips

2 (8 oz) canmushrooms -- drain juices
-
3stalks of celery -- cut into slices
-
1 (15 oz) canbeef broth
- TOMATO CURRY SAUCE

1 (15 oz) cantomato sauce
-
1/2 cwater
-
1 smonion -– diced
-
1 smapple -– diced
-
1/2 clovegarlic -– minced
-
2 Tbspred curry powder
-
1 Tbspchinese five spice
-
1 tspsalt
-
2 Tbspbutter
How To Make crock pot tomato curry steak

1Add the meat to the crock pot with 1 cup of Beef Broth and cook for 3 hours by itself.

2Then add all the veggies and mix around.

3Cook for 1 hour and then drain off any excess juice.

4Now we will make the tomato curry sauce.

5After you have made the tomato curry sauce pour over the steak and veggies and stir around well and cook for another 2 hours.

8Pour tomato sauce and water into saucepan.

9Add onion, apple, garlic, butter, Salt, Curry and Five Spice.

10Stir thoroughly every few minutes during the time of cooking/simmering.

11Simmer gently 20 to 25 minutes.
