Ingredients For crock pot thai beef curry

  • 1 1/2 lb
    shaved beef
  • 1 lg
    onion diced
  • 6 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 can
    coconut milk
  • 2 c
    beef broth
  • 3 Tbsp
    red curry paste
  • 3 sm
    jalapeno's seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 2
    limes juiced
  • 1 c
    fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 c
    cabbage chopped
  • 1/2 c
    fresh basil leaves

How To Make crock pot thai beef curry

  • 1
    Place some oil in a skillet and brown the beef. Transfer to crock pot. In same skillet add the onion and garlic and saute about 5 minutes. Add to crock pot.

    Add the coconut milk, beef broth, red curry paste, jalapeno's, brown sugar and lime juice to crock pot. Cook on low about 6 hours.

    Stir the spinach and cabbage and cook another 30 minutes.Serve over rice and garnish with basil
