Have been wanting Swiss Steak.
This is an easy recipe when cooking for one or two people.
I like it. And I hope you do also.
I did use a spice package that called for 1 1/2 lbs. Round Steak.
So you may want to cut the spice pack in half?

Slow Cooker Crock Pot
Ingredients For crock pot swiss steak for two

4 ozeye of the round steak ( 2 )

1/2 csliced celery
-
1/2 csliced carrots
-
1/2 csliced onion
-
1 candiced tomatoes
-
1 pkgdurkee swiss steak seasoning
How To Make crock pot swiss steak for two
-
1Tenderize your steaks with a meat mallet. -
2Add a pinch of salt and pepper to each side.

3Dredge in All Purpose flour.

4Pan fry in heated oil on both sides for about 3 minutes. Lay on a plate.

5Add 1/2 of the chopped vegetables to the bottom of the Crock Pot Add you steaks on top of the vegetables.

6Add the rest of the vegetables on top of the steaks.
Add the canned tomatoes.
Mix Seasoning pack in 3/4 cup water.
Add to the Crock Pot.
Put on lid.
Cook on high for 3 hours.
