Ingredients For crock pot meatloaf

2 1/2 lbground beef

1onion, finely chopped

1garlic clove, minced

1 cmushrooms, finely chopped

1 csummer squash, shredded

1 ccarrots, shredded

1/2 tsppepper
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup

1 1/2 cbread crumbs

1 1/2 cmilk
-
1 cangolden mushroom soup
How To Make crock pot meatloaf

1Soak bread or cracker crumbs in milk.

2Mix meat, seasonings and vegetables add soaked crumbs mix thoroughly.

3Make meat mixture into loaf and pour the soup over top.

4Bake in crock pot 10 to 12 hours on low.

5If using oven, bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

6Note: If you have a food processor, make the cracker or bread crumbs with the metal blade first, add them to the milk, then use the shredding blade to shred the vegetables.
