Ingredients For crock pot meatball stew

1 pkgfrozen meatballs, (20 oz.), thawed or your own meatball recipe

2 cantomato sauce (8 oz. each)

1 canbeef broth (10 oz.)

3/4 cred wine
-
3/4 cwater
-
1onion, sliced
-
4-5potatoes, cut into large cubes

1 pkgbaby carrots (16 oz.)

1 canmushrooms (4 oz.), drained

1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
2 Tbspflour
-
1/2 ccold water
How To Make crock pot meatball stew

1Place potatoes, carrots, onion, mushrooms and meatballs in a crockpot.

2In a bowl, stir tomato sauce, beef broth, red wine, 3/4 water and garlic powder. Pour over meatballs and vegetables.

3Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours.

41 hour before it's to be done, thicken sauce with 2 tbsps. flour into 1/2 cup cold water.
