I sooo love this gravy, its the best i have put together!! I also prefer to use London Broil meat above all else due to it is sooo tender and doesnt have alot of fat. I hope you enjoy this as much as I have. I have also used Beef Tips or Stew Beef and do it the same as London Broil and make with rice. I had to do it a different way due to my grandfather not eating mushrooms, so I put the meat in a bowl, and strained out the mushrooms so he would eat it. The next day I recieved a phone call from him telling me that was the best meat and gravy he has had since 1942. So I am taking that as he loved it? Thanks, and have a great day!

1 canbeef consomme

1 cancream of mushroom soup

1 canbeefy mushroom

1london broil (anysize)

salt and pepper

garlic powder
How To Make crock pot london broil and gravy

1Put a crock pot back in your crock pot, rinse your meat and place it in the crock pot.

2Mix all your soups together and add your salt pepper and garlic and pour over your meat.

3Cook on low for approx 6-8 hrs. Or high for about 4-6 Depends on how fast or slow your pot cooks.

4Serve it with rice or mashed potatoes and its the best gravy and meat you have ever had.
