My son made this dish for us one night. It was awesome! We had potatoes and a veggie with it the first night and made burritos with the leftovers.

Ingredients For crock pot flank steak

  • 2 lb
    beef flank steaks, diced
  • 1 Tbsp
    oil
  • 1 lg
    onion, diced
  • 2 can
    diced greed chilies
  • 1 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    montreal steak seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 3 can
    pinto beans, drained
  • 1 large can
    diced tomatoes

How To Make crock pot flank steak

    In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown steak in oil. Transfer to crock pot.

    In the same skillet, saute onion for a minute or two. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over Flank Steak. Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours or until the meat is tender. Slice meat and serve with the onion and pan juices.
