I make this quite a bit during the cooler months. It is easy to make and very tasty.Like any good cook knows. Adjusting the seasoning to your own taste is best. Taste while cooking and add more salt,pepper to taste.

Ingredients For crock pot beef stoganoff

1 bagegg noodles cooked
-
3 lbstew meat
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspblack pepper
-
1/2 tspgarlic salt
-
2 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
2 cbeef broth
-
1 Tbspketchup
-
2-3beef bouillon cubes crushed.( add to beef stock if you like a more in depth flavor)

1/3 cflour
-
7 Tbspwater or apple juice
-
16 ozmushrooms sliced,and saute in butter
-
1/2 csour cream
-
1large onion. chopped in to small pieces,and fried until brown

1 clovegarlic pressed
-
1 Tbspdried parsley
-
1 tspliquid gravy master
- SEASONING NOTE

salt and pepper to taste before adding sour cream
How To Make crock pot beef stoganoff

1put beef in crockpot and top with onions,clove of garlic crushed. salt,pepper,and garlic salt

2get a bowl and mix Worcestershire sauce,beef broth, ketchup (Beef Bullion powder,or cubes, if using cubes crush the cubes first ) Whisk them together then pour over the meat.

3cook in slow cooker low for 7-8 hours,or high for 4-5 hours

41/2 hour before you serve. Get a small bowl and combine your flour,and apple juice or water. Mix really well.

5pour over the meat mixture,and stir really well to combine.add the sauteed mushrooms,Gravy master,and 1 tablespoon of dried parsley, and cook another 30 minutes on high.

6Right before serving add sour cream and mix really well to combine.Get your cooked egg noodles and combine with the meat mixture really well and serve.
