I love creamy pasta sauces and I really wanted to make a creamy speghetti sauce, so with the help of a little cream cheese this one was a hit at our house.

Ingredients For creamy speghetti sauce

1 1/2 lbground beef

1small red onion
-
6 clovegarlic
-
1green pepper
-
8mushrooms, sliced
-
115oz can crushed tomatoes

18oz can tomato sauce
-
1/2 cwater
-
1 Tbspitalian seasoning
-
1 tspdried oregano
-
1 tspdried basil
-
2 tspgarlic powder
-
2 tsponion powder
-
1 tspsugar
-
1 tspall purpose seasoning
-
4 ozcream cheese
-
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make creamy speghetti sauce

1Saute ground beef, onion, garlic, green peppers and mushrooms together until meat has browned.

2Add crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce and water. Add dry ingredients and salt and pepper to taste.

3Simmer on low heat at least 30 minutes.

4Add cream cheese just before serving and allow to melt into sauce.

5Serve over noodle of your choice.
