1 lbground beef

2 Tbspbutter, divided

1 mdonion, chopped

8 ozfresh mushrooms, sliced

4 clovegarlic, minced

1 cancream of mushroom or cream of celery soup (10.5 oz)

1 csour cream, room temperature

1 cshredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cmilk
-
juice of 1 lemon
-
2 tspsalt

1/4 tspblack pepper

1/4 tsppaprika
-
1/4 tspthyme
-
1/4 tsprosemary
-
1/4 tspdried parsley
-
4 ccooked egg noodles
-
fresh parsley, for garnish
How To Make creamy ground beef noodle skillet

1Place the ground beef in a large skillet. Brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain. Add 1 Tbsp butter and add the onions and mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms have given up their moisture and the onions are translucent. Add the garlic; cook 30 seconds.

2Stir in the soup, sour cream, cheese, and milk. Add the lemon juice and all of the spices. Mix well over low heat.

3Add the beef back into the skillet and mix. Stir in the cooked noodles and mix. Finally, add the last Tbsp. butter and stir. Serve garnished with parsley.
