Ingredients For creamy ground beef and noodles

1onion, chopped

4 oz. cansliced mushrooms

1 Tbspolive oil

1 lb.lean ground beef

1 (10.8oz) cangolden mushroom soup

1 chalf and half or milk

1/2 - 1 tspsalt (to taste)

1/4 tsppepper

1/8 tsppaprika (for a little color)

1 Tbspbutter

8 oz.cooked noodles (about 1/2 of a 16 oz. pkg.)
How To Make creamy ground beef and noodles

1Sauté onion and mushrooms in olive oil, in nonstick skillet until onions are translucent, approximately 5-7 minutes. Add ground beef; stirring to break up meat until meat is cooked through, about 8 minutes.

2Add soup, milk, salt, pepper, paprika and butter; heat through and stir occasionally, for about 5 minutes.

3Add cooked noodles and stir gently to combine.
