A friend gave this recipe to me about 25 years ago and it is still one of our favorite meals.It is a good recipe to have when you need a quick and delicious meal.

Ingredients For nelda's creamy enchiladas

1 lbground beef

1onion, chopped
-
1 (12) ozcan evaported milk

1can cream of chicken soup
-
1can cream of mushroom soup
-
1bag of nacho chips
-
1small can chopped chili peppers
-
1 1/2 cshredded cheddar cheese
How To Make nelda's creamy enchiladas

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef and onion together, drain excess oil. Add the milk, both soups and peppers to the ground beef. In a 9"x13" baking dish put a layer of nacho chips, top with the half the meat mixture and top with the half the shredded cheese. Repeat the layers and bake for 20 minutes.
