Ingredients For creamy cubed steak and vegetables

4beef cubed steaks

1 1/2 Tbspvegetable oil

1 cancream of mushroom soup, undiluted

1 cancream of celery soup, undiluted

1 canbeef consomme
-
1 mdonion, peeled and rough chopped
-
3celery stalks, cut in 2" x 1/2" sticks

4 mdwaxy potatoes, scrubbed and cut into eighths

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make creamy cubed steak and vegetables

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brown steaks well in oil in a large skillet. Place in a 9 x 13" glass baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray.

2In a large bowl, combine soups and consomme and mix well. Add cut up vegetables and seasonings and stir to combine. Pour over meat in baking dish.

3Bake at 350 degrees F. for 65-75 mins until cubed steak is tender, celery sticks are beginning to soften, and potatoes are tender. Serve with liquid from dish as gravy.
