Ingredients For creamy burger & peas over buttered noodles

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 md
    onion chopped
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 4 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 1/2 c
    half and half
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 2 c
    frozen peas
  • 8 oz
    noodles cooked in boiling salted water
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 tsp
    salt

How To Make creamy burger & peas over buttered noodles

  • 1
    Brown the ground beef with onions and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Drain. In a separate pan melt the butter and stir in the flour and make a roux and cook 5 minutes.

    slowly add the half and half whisking until thick. Stir in the sour cream. Pour over the burger mixture and add the peas. Cook for about 4 minutes.

    Cook the noodles and drain add the butter and salt. Serve the beef pea mixture over the buttered noodles
