Ingredients For cranburgers

  • 2 lbs. ground chuck
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce, 16 oz
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. cooking oil

How To Make cranburgers

  • 1
    Shape ground chuck into 8 patties. Season with salt and pepper. Mix remaining ingredients for sauce. Grill burgers over medium coals about 7 minutes. Turn and continue to cook, basting often with sauce, til desired degree of doneness. Heat and pass remaining sauce with burgers. makes 8 servings.
