Ingredients For cranberry meatballs

  • 2
    eggs beaten
  • 1 c
    dry bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c
    minced parsley
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion, chopped finely
  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 can
    jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 bottle
    chili sauce
  • 1/3 c
    ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice

How To Make cranberry meatballs

    In a large bowl, combine the eggs, bread crumbs, parsley and onion. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-1/2 in balls. Place in a 3-qt slow cooker.

    In a small bowl, combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, ketchup, brown sugar and lemon juice; mix well. Pour over the meatballs. Cover and cook on low for 6 hrs or until the meat is no longer pink.
