Ingredients For cranberry meatballs

2eggs beaten

1 cdry bread crumbs

1/3 cminced parsley

2 Tbsponion, chopped finely

1 1/2 lbground beef
-
1 canjellied cranberry sauce
-
1 bottlechili sauce
-
1/3 cketchup
-
2 Tbspbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 Tbsplemon juice
How To Make cranberry meatballs

1In a large bowl, combine the eggs, bread crumbs, parsley and onion. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-1/2 in balls. Place in a 3-qt slow cooker.

2In a small bowl, combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, ketchup, brown sugar and lemon juice; mix well. Pour over the meatballs. Cover and cook on low for 6 hrs or until the meat is no longer pink.
