Ingredients For cracker j's meatballs n gravy

1 bagfrozen meatballs

2 lbfresh tomatoes- crushed

1 1/2 cdiced green peppers- small

1 cancream of mushroom soup, light

2 canwater

30 sprigfresh oregano chopped

30 sprigfresh parsley chopped

1 sprigbay leaf

1 1/2 cfresh sweet corn

1 cdiced sweet onion

2 tspwhite pepper

1Place the green peppers and onion in pan and lightly cook until translucent...

2add everything else except the water and soup and cook on a slow simmer for about 2- hours

3Add the soup- water and cook for another 2-3 hours. Make some Pasta if desired. I like to use macaroni. Bake some bread and it's dinner time.
