cowboy spaghetti
I made this recipe from stuff in the pantry and fridge when my son-in-law showed up with our grandkids unexpectedly. It was a big hit, and now I make it whenever they come over. I've made it for others, and everybody loves it.

Ingredients For cowboy spaghetti

2 lbbeef stew meat

1 cancheddar cheese soup
-
1 canfiesta nacho cheese soup

1 cancream of celery soup

1 canbeef bullion
-
1 lgonion chopped (or bag of frozen chopped onion)

1 jarpimientos (large)

2 cshredded cheddar cheese

2 boxthin spaghetti
How To Make cowboy spaghetti

1Preheat oven to 350.

2On stove, very slowly cook stew meat with onions. Drain most of the grease.

3Meanwhile, in large bowl, mix well all other ingredients except the spaghetti.

4Cook the spaghetti according to the package, but on the al dente side (so it can absorb the other stuff as it bakes). Drain.

5Combine all ingredients together and bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
