Ingredients For cowboy cheeseburgers

1 lbground beef

cilantro
-
4tomato, slices

4tortillas
-
mozzarella, slices
- TOPPING INGREDIENTS

1/4 tsppepper

1/4 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspcumin, ground
-
1/4 tspcoriander, ground
- SEASONING MIXTURE
-
1 Tbspjalapeno peppers, chopped

1 smonion

1 Tbsptaco sauce
How To Make cowboy cheeseburgers

1Mix the burger ingredients together.

2Form into burgers of equal size about 1/4 inch thick without compacting the meat.

3Sprinkle the seasoning mixture of spices on both sides of patty.

4Grill or broil, 4\" from source of heat, for 3 minutes on each sides for medium-rare patties.

5Place the mozzarella cheese on center of each patty.

6Cook for another minute and until cheese melts.

7Serve each patty on a warmed 8\" flour tortilla, topped with a tomato slice, cilantro and taco sauce.
