Ingredients For country roast

  • 3 lb
    beef roast
  • 1 pkg
    onion soup mix
  • 10-3/4 oz
    can cream of mushroom soup

How To Make country roast

    1. Place roast on heavy foil. Sprinkle dry soup mixture over roast, spread mushroom soup over top. Wrap tightly with foil.

    2. Bake at 325 degrees in roasting pan for 3 1/2 hours.

    3. To prepare gravy, add milk to pan drippings, stir well and heat through.
