this is not a quick and easy but very worth it 3 pound meatloaf with an amzing flavor. is something you would serve to a big family gathering or have plenty of meatloaf sandwhiches after a regular family meal

Ingredients For country meatloaf

1 1/2 lblean ground beef

1 1/2 lbground italian sausage

2 Tbspsalad oil

1 mdred onion chopped

1celery stalk chopped

1carrot grated
-
1 citlalian bread crumbs

1 1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspblack pepper
-
1 Tbspbrown sugar
-
1 Tbspcider vinegar
-
1 Tbspprepared mustard

2eggs
-
1 can8 oz tomato sauce
How To Make country meatloaf

1in a 10 inch skillet heat oil on medium add celery and onion saute about 10 minutes stirring occasionally

2in large bowl mix bread crumbs, shredded carrot, onion and celery.

3in smal bowl mix eggs, salt and pepper brown sugar, vinegar and half (4 oz) of tomato sauce set aside

4preheat oven to 350 degrees. to the large bowl add sausage and ground beef and half of liquid mixture and mix by hand squeezing and mixing thourghly about five minutes then add rest of liquid mixture and hand mix thouroghly another five minutes till well mixed.

5In a 12x8 baking pan shape into meatloaf and top with remaining 4 oz of tomato sauce. bake for 1 1/2 hours
