country girls' beef and cabbage

Even my picky 15 year old who doesn't care for rice OR stir fry love it and said I could make it again. All measurements are a guesstimate, so season to taste! I use a large micro pot from Pampered Chef to brown my ground beef, it only takes 5 minutes if meat is thawed, (7 1/2 if frozen). Put ground beef and ingredients into pot, "chop" it all up, microwave for 2 1/2 minutes, remove pot, chop/mix again, microwave for another 2 1/2 minutes, do not remove the lid, then pour off fat and it's done! If meat is frozen, just zap it for 2 1/2 minutes before adding seasoning and chopping up.
