1 lblean ground beef

1egg

1 mdonion, chopped

1 ccornflakes, crushed into crumbs

1 tspsalt

1-2 dashblack pepper

1/4 cflour
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup

1 cbeef broth (or vegetable broth or water)

1-2 Tbspvegetable oil (for browning the patties)
How To Make cornflake salisbury steak

1Combine the lean ground beef, egg, chopped onion, milk, cornflake crumbs, salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties. Roll in flour and brown in hot oil.

2Place in a baking dish; combine the cream of mushroom soup and broth, then pour over the meat patties.

3Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
