Ingredients For cordon bleu

4sirloin steaks
-
lemon, garnish
-
butter
-
bread crumbs

1egg, slightly beaten

1/2 tsppepper
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 1/2 cflour
-
4 sliceblue cheese

4 slicedanish ham
-
1 tspdijon mustard
-
parsley for garnish
How To Make cordon bleu

1Pound steaks until approximately 4x7 inches.

2Spread with mustard.

3Top each with slice of ham and cheese. (Both slices smaller than steaks)

4Fold steaks over, secure with skewers.

5Mix flour with spices.

6Dip each steak in flour on both sides, then in egg, finally in bread crumbs.

7Fry in butter for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

8Garnish.

9Serve with vegetables.
