    bacon, finely chopped
  • 1 c
    lettuce, shredded
  • 1 md
    jalapeños, diced
  • tortilla chips
  • 1/4 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 md
    tomato, diced
  • 1 jar
    queso (like mild feta cheese) melts well

How To Make clinton kelly's texas nachos

    In a sauté pan add 1 Tablespoon olive oil, ground beef. Cook until brown and no longer pink. Add jalapeños and mix to combine. Melt queso in a small saucepan. In another sauté pan , add bacon and cook until crispy. On a large platter arrange tortilla chips. Top chips with beef and jalapeños followed by melted cheese, lettuce. tomatoes and bacon. Serve immediately.
