Ingredients For cinco de mayo taco pie

28 oz cans refrigerated crescent rolls

1-1/2 lbground lean beef, or ground turkey breast

1 smonion, chopped

2 creduced-fat, shredded mexican style cheese

1/2 cwater
-
1/2 cchili sauce
-
2 Tbsptaco seasoning mix
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1/2 tsppepper
How To Make cinco de mayo taco pie

1Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. Unroll 1 can crescent rolls, pinch seams together. Press dough into bottom of pan. Bake for 10 mins.

2Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray. Cook beef or ground turkey and onion until beef is cooked through. Drain if using ground beef. Stir in cheese and remaining ingredients.

3Stir to mix. Spoon mix over bottom crust. Unroll remaining can of crescent rolls, pinch seams together. Place on a floured surface and roll into a rectangle. Place rectangle over beef mix. Bake 20 mins, or until crust is golden.
