Ingredients For cincinnati style chili mole

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 md
    onion diced
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2 can
    14.5 oz mexican stewed tomatoes with juice
  • 8 pinch
    can tomato sauce
  • 1 can
    kidney beans or chili beans
  • 2 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    each cinnamon and allspice
  • 2 Tbsp
    unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 lb
    spaghetti cooked and drained
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2
    green onions or jalapeno's chopped
  • sour cream

How To Make cincinnati style chili mole

  • 1
    Place the ground beef, onion and garlic in skillet and cook until no longer pink. Drain and add to crock pot.
  • 2
    Add the remaining ingredients up to the spaghetti. Cook on low for 8 hours.

    Serve the chili mole over cooked spaghetti topped with cheese, green onions and sour cream
