Ingredients For cincinnati chili

1 lgonion, chopped

1 lbextra lean ground beef

1 clovegarlic minced

1 Tbspchili powder

1 tspground allspice

1 tspground cinnamon

1 tspground cumin
-
1/2 tspred cayenne pepper

1/2 tspsalt

1 1/2 Tbspunsweetened cocoa

1 can15 oz. tomato sauce
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 Tbspcider vinegar
-
1/2 cwater
How To Make cincinnati chili

1In larges killet, over medium-high heat, saute onion and ground beef, until beef is browned. Add garlic, chili powder and stir until combined.

2Add allspice, cinnamon, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, cocoa, tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, cider vinegar, and water.

3Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Traditionally Cincinnati Chili is served over spaghetti, we add shredded cheddar cheese on top. This is called a 3-way. This chili is also great on top of hot dogs, add cheese and you have a great cheese coney.....enjoy!
