    flour

    instant minced onion

    cabbage, wedged

  • 5 c
    water
  • 2 tsp
    vinegar

    bay leaf

    chopped celery stalk

    carrots, quartered

    onions, quartered

    Sprinkle meat with seasonings.

    Place onions, carrots, and celery in crockpot. Top with meat.
