Ingredients For ching-a-ling

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 c
    celery, chopped
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1
    soup can of water
  • 8 oz
    chow mein noodles

How To Make ching-a-ling

    Brown the ground beef.
  • 2
    Boil celery, onion and 1 cup water for 15 minutes.
  • 3
    Place the browned meat, celery mixture and the rest of the ingredients into a 1-1/2 quart casserole. Bake 350 for 1 hour.
