Ingredients For chinese style beef casserole

1 lbground beef
-
10 ozpkg. frozen peas, thawed

2 cthinly sliced raw celery
-
10 3/4 ozcan cream of mushroom soup, i use golden mushroom soup
-
2 Tbsplight cream
-
3/4 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1 smonion, finely chopped
-
1 ccrushed potato chips
How To Make chinese style beef casserole

1Cook ground beef until brown and crumbly, adding some oil if necessary, turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Arrange thawed peas on top; then cover with sliced celery. Mix together mushroom soup, cream, salt, and pepper and onions; pour over celery. Sprinkle potato chips over top. Bake in a 375 degrees oven for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Makes 6 servings.
