Ingredients For chinese hamburger casserole

  • 2 lb.
    hamburger
  • 1 lg can
    golden cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans
    water chestnuts (i ususally used sliced)
  • 2 cans
    bamboo shoots, chopped
  • 1 can
    green beans, drained
  • 1 can
    bean sprouts - do not drain
  • 1 cup
    potato chips, crushed

How To Make chinese hamburger casserole

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown hamburger and drain. In large bowl, combine hamburger, soup, water chestnuts, bambbo shoots, green beans and sprouts.

    Spread hamburger mixture in 9" x 13" baking pan. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips. Bake at 450 for 45 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
