Ingredients For chinese hamburger casserole

2 lb.hamburger
-
1 lg cangolden cream of mushroom soup
-
2 canswater chestnuts (i ususally used sliced)

2 cansbamboo shoots, chopped

1 cangreen beans, drained

1 canbean sprouts - do not drain

1 cuppotato chips, crushed
How To Make chinese hamburger casserole

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown hamburger and drain. In large bowl, combine hamburger, soup, water chestnuts, bambbo shoots, green beans and sprouts.

2Spread hamburger mixture in 9" x 13" baking pan. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips. Bake at 450 for 45 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
