One of my China Painting Buddies gave me this recipe, many years ago. If I hadn't found JAP I'd be painting! It's great for Pot Luck's!

Ingredients For chinese casserole

  • 1 lb
    ground beef *
  • 2 c
    thinly sliced celery
  • 1 c
    peas, frozen
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 sm
    onion sweet, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c
    potato chips, crushed

How To Make chinese casserole

  • 1
    Brown beef* pork,turkey or chichken. Remove excess fat. Place in 1 1/2 Qt. casserole glass dish.
  • 2
    Add peas, then celery. Combine soup, milk, seasonings and onion. Place on top of celery , sprinkle with chips (optional)

    Bake 375f 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
