One of my China Painting Buddies gave me this recipe, many years ago. If I hadn't found JAP I'd be painting! It's great for Pot Luck's!

Ingredients For chinese casserole

1 lbground beef *
-
2 cthinly sliced celery
-
1 cpeas, frozen
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup, undiluted
-
2 Tbspmilk
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1 Tbspsoy sauce
-
1 smonion sweet, thinly sliced

1/2 cpotato chips, crushed
How To Make chinese casserole

1Brown beef* pork,turkey or chichken. Remove excess fat. Place in 1 1/2 Qt. casserole glass dish.

2Add peas, then celery. Combine soup, milk, seasonings and onion. Place on top of celery , sprinkle with chips (optional)

3Bake 375f 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
