20snow peas

8baby corn spears

1 1/2 cbeef broth

2 cbroccoli florets

1 Tbspoyster sauce

2garlic cloves, crushed

1/2 tspblack pepper

6 1/2 tspoil

1/2 tspsugar

1 Tbspcornstarch

1 Tbspsoy sauce

1 Tbspdry sherry

2carrots, cut into match stick sized pieces
How To Make chinese beef stir-fry with vegetables

1Marinate the sirloin at room temperature in a mixture of the sherry, soy sauce, half the cornstarch, sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of the oil, pepper and garlic for one hour.

2Heat a tablespoon of the remaining oil in a wok over high heat.

3Stir-fry beef quickly, until the meat is medium rare.

4Remove and set aside.

5Mix the remaining cornstarch with the oyster sauce.

6Reheat the wok with the remaining oil.

7Add the broccoli and carrots; stir-fry for 30 seconds.

8Add the broth, cover the wok, and steam for approximately one minute or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

9Add the corn, snow peas, scallion, beef and oyster-cornstarch mixture.

10Heat quickly, until the sauce is clear and thickened.
